Hi everyone,
My name is Janice and I have been working in the area for the last couple of months working in Local woodlands/forests as well as going out to peoples homes to put in a trap if they see a grey squirrel visiting their garden and it needs to be removed.
I have some pictures of a beautiful little red squirrel that is being hand reared and I will put his pictures onto the forum soon so that you can follow his progress. He was found in Buttermere and it is hoped that he will be able to return to his local area when he is old enough and released back into his natural environment.
